 Ingredients: 600g blanched meat & 1.8L water
 3 simple steps Step 1) Boil the meat in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove and wash, drain and set aside.
 Step 2) Add 1.8 liters of water to the pot, bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and add the blanched meat, two packs of bak kut teh bags and soy sauce seasoning packet, and continue to simmer for 75 minutes.
 Step 3) Finally, add the herbal powder packet and continue cooking for 5 minutes before serving.
