The "Privacy Policy Statement" is generally used to describe the data user's privacy policy and practice in handling personal data. Ocean Trade (the company) is committed to complying with the provisions of the "Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance" to protect the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal data we hold. We ensure that our employees adhere to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality. This policy may be amended or changed from time to time where we deem necessary, so we recommend that you review this policy from time to time. Any amendments to this policy will continue to comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.

If the personal data held by the Association is no longer used for the purpose listed when collecting the information, the relevant information will be destroyed after the retention period set in the internal guidelines of the Association.
